I have been researching, studying and working for over 15 years exploring the potential and practical approaches for organizations to bring about “the possibility for humans and all other life to flourish on this planet for generations to come, enhancing the integrity, beauty, and regenerative capacity of living communities.” (with thanks to John Ehrenfeld, MIT and Michelle Holiday).
This led me to emphasize the importance of connection, creativity and consciousness for leaders of any organization that seeks to enable the possibility for flourishing, developing an approach called 3C² (connection, creativity and consciousness). This living and evolving approach empowers leaders to more effectively work together in a way that allows each member of the team to feel valued, respected and heard. Creativity is heightened through workplace wellbeing and a culture that is able to fail forward, using "misses" as opportunities for growth and innovation.
In my talk, I will invite participants to explore and share their feedback on the 3C² approach, along with supporting frameworks and tools, such as the Flourishing Business Canvas (FBC).
At the end of my talk participants will have contributed to the creation of a wayfinding roadmap that incorporates existing tools available to the Flourishing Business Community to guide organizations striving to create the possibility for humans and all other life to flourish.
This interactive session will respond to the following questions:
How might the 3C² approach help to broaden and deepen the conversation about flourishing enterprise, along with increasing adoption of the FBC and other Flourishing Business tools?
What are some potential opportunities and challenges, including AI, in applying this approach?
How did Halyna build her own knowledge of flourishing organizations and the FBC, and what has she gained from her participation in the Flourishing Business Community?
